Rando A. Rodriguez, Attorney

Rando has represented clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases for over fourteen (14) years. He was born and raised in the California Central Valley. Rando has dedicated his legal profession to assisting those who he has been injured and need quality legal representation.

After graduating from law school at the UC Davis School of Law, Rando spent the first few years of his legal career at a law firm that primarily represented the interests of insurance companies. The knowledge and insight from those first few years have been an invaluable resource he’s drawn upon ever since in representing injured individuals against the interests of such companies. Rando takes great pride in his work and has found tons of satisfaction throughout his career in knowing that he has helped many individuals who felt powerless against the big insurance companies.

Personal Life

Rando grew up in Stockton, one of three children raised by a single mother. The family had very few financial resources, but Rando’s mom always insisted that with enough desire and hard work, Rando could achieve anything in life. He took her message to heart, studied hard, and earned an academic scholarship to attend  St. Mary’s High School in Stockton. Rando later spent countless hours studying as an undergraduate and was able to graduate from UC Davis with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Economics. Upon graduation, Rando was accepted to law school at UC Davis. Rando’s strong work ethic fueled him through the rigors of law school and studying for the Bar Exam.

Rando met his wife, Jennifer, when they were undergraduates at UC Davis. Rando & Jen were married shortly after Rando took the Bar Exam. They have three beautiful children: Daniel (11), Sophia (6), and David (4). Residing in Elk Grove, the family is very active in their local community, with school events, youth sports, and social activities.

Rando enjoys spending time with his family, whether at the park, at a ballgame, at one of the kids’ activities, on a family trip, or simply hanging out at home.
