Seth R. Bradley, Attorney

attorney seth bradley 2021With nearly a decade of personal injury experience, Seth is passionate about providing strong representation to the Sacramento community. Seth’s passion for representing personal injury victims stems from his own experience. In 2007, Seth was a victim of a significant drunk driving accident. He was seriously injured when the driver ran a red light and T-boned him at 55 MPH. Thankfully, Seth’s attorney helped him by handling all the aspects of his case and relieving Seth of the stress of the personal injury litigation process. He could focus on his medical treatment and allow his body to heal.

His attorney helped him during a difficult period of his life and substantially impacted his future career. Although he dreamed of becoming a police officer and eventually a detective, he decided to pursue law because he saw firsthand how an attorney could positively impact a person during a traumatic time.

With the values instilled by his parents and his faith, Seth’s mission is to help people. Seth applies the same level of care to each of his cases as he would if it were his case. Seth’s goal is to take over the burdens of personal injury victims and allow them to relax, knowing they will move forward with their lives and achieve the best possible outcome with their case.  Seth understands that a case’s most minor fact or detail can be a turning point. He tirelessly works to uncover those facts, paying close attention to each detail to get the best possible result in court. At Eason & Tambornini, Seth scours each case file for evidence and information that will achieve the most favorable results.

Personal Life

Seth has been a hard worker and understands the value of a good work ethic. His work experience ranges from running a lawn mowing business at 12 to be the business manager of a company that sold sod to golf courses. He also worked in a daycare, and elementary school, as an Assistant Youth Pastor and in construction.

In college, Seth took a full schedule of classes and played Division 1 rugby. He worked nights to afford food and rent. After graduation, he went to law school at night while working full-time as a Personal Injury Law Clerk at two of the largest law firms in Sacramento. His wide range of unique experiences and responsibilities has helped shape who he is today and given him a fantastic view of his clients and their cases.

Seth was born and raised in Sacramento. He attended Del Campo High School in Fair Oaks and graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He graduated from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento with his older brother, Shane Bradley.

Seth met his wife, Christina, just as he was starting law school. They soon married and now have four beautiful kids, Ryan, Violet, Alice, and Gunnar. As a father to four, Seth stays very busy. He coaches soccer and attends his children’s sports games, gymnastics, dance recitals, swim meets, and he even gets his kids to go fishing with him occasionally.
